Analog Devices presented a paper on Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) burn-in at the BiTS 2017 Test and Burn-in conference in Mesa Arizona, featuring technology developed by Abrel. LVDS is a low power, low voltage differential signal technology designed for point to point and multi-drop driving applications. The challenge for Abrel was to design the high frequency application with the drive electronics located remotely in the cold zone of the Burn-in System. The LVDS driver module was specified to drive up to 200Mhz with good signal integrity verified at up to 120Mhz.
